Indian gooseberry also known as periya nellikai in Tamil, Amla in Hindi. The season of Amla begins in December and extends to April. Amla has long been prescribed in Ayurveda (Indian folk medicine) as one of the most powerful medicinal plants on the planet. 

It boosts your immunity, builds defense against various diseases. It also acts as an antioxidant, helps rejuvenate your skin, purify blood, reduce the risk of cancer and slows down the signs of aging.

Ingredients:
Amla / 
Indian Gooseberry  3 Nos, roughly chopped 
Water 250 ML

Method of Preparation: Gooseberry / Amla Juice 

Step 1
Cut 3 Amla into small pieces and take the seed out. 

Step 2
Add chopped Amla's into a blender and then add 250 Ml water to it. 

Step 3
Filter Amla pulp using a strainer. 

Step 4
Your Amla juice is ready to serve. 
Your yummy Amla Juice is ready to serve!

Note: It's advised to drink immediately.
