How To Make Instant Dosa In Wheat

 Instant Wheat Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour – ¼ Cup
Rice Flour – ½ Cup
Semolina / Rava / Sooji –
3 tbsp
Salt (White or Himalayan Pink)
 To taste
Water – As required
Oil – For roasting

Dairy:
Curd – 4 tbsp

Option:
Onion – 1 medium sized, finely chopped
Ginger – ½ tsp grated
Cumin Seeds / Jeera – 1 Pinch
Green Chillies – 1, finely chopped

Method of Preparation: Dosa Batter

Step 1
Take a large bowl and add Wheat Flour – ¼ Cup, Rice Flour – ½ Cup, Semolina / Rava / Sooji – 3 tbsp.



Step 2
Add Curd – 4 tbsp and water to get a thick batter.


Please Note: As an option you can add Onion – 1 medium sized, finely chopped, Ginger – ½ tsp grated, Cumin Seeds / Jeera – 1 Pinch and Green Chillies – 1, finely chopped.

Step 3
Whisk or hand can be used to mix the batter well to ensure there are no lumps.



Step 4
Add salt as required and keep is aside for 20 minutes.

Method of Preparation: How to make Dosa

Step 1
Heat the tava (you can use either cast iron or non-stick) and grease the tava with a small piece of cotton fabric or coconut fibre or a slice of onion.  

Step 2
Pour the batter in a circular shape using a ladle.



Step 3
Pour oil around the dosa and allow it to cook until it turns golden brown.

Step 4
The edges will starting leaving the pan once its cooked. Flip the dosa with a turner to ensure both the sides are cooked well.  

Step 5
Fold the dosa and serve it hot.



Your yummy Dosa is ready to serve!
