Ingredients:

Vegetables:

Sweet Potato – 3 Medium sized
Lemon Juice – 1 Tsp


Spices:
Ajwain – 1 Tsp
Chilli Powder – As required
Garam Masala –1 Tsp

Greens:
Coriander Leaves – Finely chopped

Others:
Salt (White or Himalayan Pink) – To taste
Oil – For Shallow fry
Corn Flour–2 Tsp

Method of Preparation: Sweet Potato Cutlet


Step 1
Pressure cook 3 medium sized sweet potatoes for 3 whistles.

Step 2
Open the cooker and drain the water. Peel the skin of sweet potatoes and mash it well.
Step 3
Add Salt, Chilli Powder, Ajwain seeds, Garam Masala, Cornflour, coriander leaves and lemon juice to the mashed sweet potatoes. 
Step 4
Mix everything well without any lumps.
Step 5
Take a big lemon sized ball of sweet potato and make it into a round ball.
Step 6
Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a pan and cook the cutlets in medium flame on both sides.
Step 7
Stir fry the cutlets both sides on low heat until golden brown.

Your yummy Sweet Potato Cutlet is ready to serve!
