Ingredients:
Almond – 1/2 Cup
Walnut – 1/2 Cup
Dates (Medjool) – 10 pieces
Coco Powder – 1 Tsp
Maple Syrup – 1 Tbsp
Method of Preparation: Choco Brownie Energy Bites
Step 1
Grind Almonds, Walnuts and Dates in a processor.
Step 2
Add coco powder and maple syrup to the processor and grind it again.
Note: The texture should be similar to a dough.
Step 3
Make small balls out of the dough.
Step 4
Refrigerate the balls for 20 minutes.
Note: It can be stored for a week in
an air tight container or can be refrigerated upto 2 months.
