Ingredients:
Beans – ½ Kilogram or 1 LB, cut into half inch pieces
Tomatoes (Cherry or Regular) – 2 Medium
sized, sliced
Garlic – 4 – 5 Cloves, finely chopped or minced
Paprika – ¼ Tsp or as required
Salt (White or Himalayan Pink) – To taste
Oil ( Olive or Groundnut) – 1 Tbsp
Method of Preparation:
Step 1
Boil the green beans for 5 – 10 minutes by adding salt to the water.
Note: Beans should get softer with cooking.
Step 2
In a skillet add olive oil, minced garlic, tomatoes and sauté till it gets
softer.
Step 3
Add salt, paprika and stir for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the water from green beans.
Step 5
Add green beans to the skillet.
Step 6
Allow the beans to mix well with the tomatoes.
