Ingredients:

Almond – 150 Grams
Maple Syrup or Honey –  1 Tbsp or As required  
Salt (White or Himalayan Pink) – To taste

Method of Preparation: Almond Butter 

Step 1

Dry roast Almonds for 10 minutes in a skillet.

Note: Follow the below instructions If you are using an oven.
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and place a baking sheet on a tray.
2. Spread the almonds evenly on the baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool.

Step 3
Blend almonds for 4 – 5 minutes or until it gets creamy texture.   

Note: The longer you blend the runnier it gets. Scrape down the sides and blend it again for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add a pinch of salt and maple syrup to the blender. 


Your yummy Almond Butter is ready to serve!

Note: Store in an air tight container and refrigerate it.
Usage: Bread, Toast, Pancakes, Waffle, Smoothie, Oats, Non-dairy Ice Cream, Healthy Protein Bites
