How To Make Raw Banana Fry

Ingredients:

Vegetables:
Raw Banana – 200 Gms

Others:
Salt (White or Himalayan Pink) – To taste
Coconut Oil – For seasoning and marinating
Turmeric – 2 Pinch
Chilli Powder – As required

Method of Preparation: Marination
Step 1
Take 2 medium sized Raw Banana and peel the skin.
Step 2
Slice the raw banana thinly.
Step 3
Add 2 Tsp of coconut oil, Chilli powder, salt, turmeric and chopped raw bananas to a bowl.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside and marinate for 10 min.

Method of Preparation: Fry

Step 1
Add 2 Tbsp oil and add the marinated raw banana to a large pan.

Step 2
Stir-fry for 5 minutes till raw banana becomes crisp.

Step 3
Saute the bananas on a low flame and don’t cover it with any lid.

Your yummy Raw Banana Fry is ready to serve!
