How To Make Sabudana Vada | Sago Tikki - Air Fryer Recipe

Sabudana Vada / Sago Tikki is a mouth-watering snack recipe that
can be prepared any time of the day with very less effort. You can also make

Ingredients:
Sabudana / Sago – 1 Cup
Onion – 2 Medium sized, finely chopped
Potato – 2 Medium sized, boiled
Peanuts – Roasted, 2 Tbsp
Salt (White or Himalayan Pink) – To taste
Oil – For seasoning and greasing
Green Chilli – As required
Coriander Leaves – As required
Method of Preparation: Sabudana Vada / Sago Tikki
Step 1
Wash and soak Sabudana / Sago for 6 Hours.
Step 2
Drain the water thoroughly.
Note: Sabudana / Sago should get soft when squeezed, else soak for some more time.
Step 3
Pressure cook potatoes for 2-3 whistles.
Step 4
Roast 2 Tbsp of peanuts and peel the skin.
Step 5
Add onions, boiled potatoes, soaked Sabudana / Sago, coriander leaves, peanuts, green chilli and salt to a bowl and mix it well.
Step 6
Take small portion of the mixture and roll it to get round shaped vada / tikki.
Step 7
Preheat air fryer for 200 Degree Celsius for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Brush the basket with oil and arrange the vadas / tikkis.
Note: Ensure vadas / tikkis don’t overlap on each other for proper frying.
Take small portion of the mixture and roll it to get round shaped vada / tikki.
Step 7
Preheat air fryer for 200 Degree Celsius for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Brush the basket with oil and arrange the vadas / tikkis.

Lightly brush oil on the vadas / tikkis.
Step 10
Fry the vadas / tikkis for 10 minutes in 200 Degree Celsius until it turns golden brown.
